Barry's Bootcamp Does A Body Good

I have heard that Barry's Bootcamp is one of the BEST workouts around!!!! They shock your body with interval training in a "nightclub like" atmosphere.  Each day of the week focuses on a different part of the body.  So, today, Wednesday is chest and abs,  Great!  Where do I sign up?

Inside of Fashion II

In between my factories I stop at local eateries, and my symphony fabric office to reenergize.  An easy coffee break is Dunkin Donuts on the corner of 36th and 8th ave in Manhattan.  However, Dunkin received a "B" rating..... so I will NOW trek several blocks north to Starbucks.

Dunkin you should be ashamed!  Luckily, I don't eat donughts.

This is what a typical factory in New York's Garment center looks like. Before clothes make it to runways and stores, they start here.

And also here.  That pot in the lower right hand corner is a rice cooker....for lunch time.  Designers and production staff are frequently here to check patterns, samples and.....again for fit, until styles are correct.
