This has been 3 years in the making, but it has finally happened! Chris Brown & Rihanna REUNITE PUBLICLY for the FIRST TIME and we have the PICS to prove it! It was truly a HUGE night for both celebs. Rihanna OPENED the BIG SHOW with a racy yet SPIRITED medley of 'Cockiness' with A$ap Rocky and 'We Found Love'. And she capped off the evening by winning the coveted 'Video of the Year' Award. Chris Brown didn't do too bad either. He took home the trophies for 'Best Male Video' and 'Best Chorepgraphy'. But the biggest thrill of the night came when Chris accepted his 'Best Male Award'. Rihanna can be seen sharing a congratulatory embrace with her ex-flame! TAKE A LOOK...AFTER THE JUMP!!!

Rihanna! Red Carpet VMA 2012

Rihanna debuts her new short hair on the red carpet at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards held at Staples Center on Thursday (September 6) in Los Angeles.

The 24-year-old singer will be opening up the show with a performance of her new song “Cockiness” with A$AP Rocky and her hit “We Found Love” with Calvin Harris.

Rihanna was nominated for many awards tonight, including Video of the Year, Best Female Video, Best Pop Video, and various technical awards for her video “We Found Love”.
But she only one 'Video Of The Year' for her 'We Found Love' music video!

FYI: Rihanna donned a custom Adam Selman dress, Neil Lane earrings, and Jacqui Aiche rings.
